What is the NRM?

The NRM is the UK framework for identifying victims of modern slavery and ensuring they receive appropriate support. The process begins with an NRM form being filled in. The NRM is part of the UK Government Home Office and the Single Competent Authority is the body responsible for making decisions in the NRM. The Salvation Army has the Victim Care Contract, it is responsible for delivering support services to victims of modern slavery if they make the decision to enter the NRM.
